Gifts I got my Parents

Hey guys, how are you all?
I was originally going to do a full 'presents I got others' post but I got most people little things so I decided I'll do a small one just on what I got my parents.

Mum
From my mum I went pretty safe and got the thing she's been hinting at for a long time.
I didn't get her a birthday present and her birthday was in November so I said I'll spend the money I would have on her birthday for her christmas present instead so she'll get one better present rather than 2 smaller gifts.

I got her  LOVERDOSE Tattoo by DIESEL.
I got the biggest bottle which was 75ml and it cost £48.99 from Boots.

Dad
My dad is always hard to buy for so I just stuck to cologne once again.

I saw this gift set which is the James Bond 007 and I think I got the Quantum one which is the one pictured below. The gift set includes a 30ml Cologne and 50ml Shower Gel and it cost £19.00 from Boots.

The Christmas Tag

As I'm writing this, it is 2:19am in England on the 23rd December 2013. This technically means that there are only 2 days left until christmas.
Since it's 2 in the morning, my brain isn't functioning enough to write a proper post so I am going to do a well suited Christmas tag created by PointlessBlog aka Alfie Deyes who is by far one of my favourite youtubers. No one tagged me but whatever.

1). Use one noise to describe how excited you are for christmas
SQUEEAAAKKK

2). Whats the best present you've ever been given and why?
Probably my laptop which was a late christmas present last year because on laptops you can go on the internet and the internet has blogs and youtube and tumblr and twitter. And gifs...

3). Whats the worst present you've ever been given and why?
Probably a pen. Yes, I got given a pen. To be fair the pen came with a key ring but then again the key ring was an ugly lifeguard thing and the pen only lasted about a day...

4). Sing a line from your favourite christmas song
.
"I should be playing in the winter snow but imma be under the mistletoe" -Mistletoe, Justin Bieber

5). Whats your favourite Christmas film?
Probably either elf or home alone.

6). Show how good you are at wrapping a present.
How? Okay this tag was not made for blogs.

7). If you could rename one of father christmas' reindeer, what would you name it?
Inka because that's my name and my best friends name put together. Yes we're shipped.

8). Whats your favourite thing about christmas?
The food, lights, music, time off school and spending time with family. I know that's not one thing but shh i like christmas.

Tan Ankle Boots | Review

I bought these ankle foots for around £40 and I think I bought them around September or October but I'm not sure.
They are by Clarks and from Brantano.
I wasn't too sure about them at first but they are so comfy and I wear them everywhere.
The good thing is, you can wear them with skirts, dresses, jeans, shorts or leggings. They literally go with everything.
I haven't really worn any other shoes out since I bought these.
They are really cute, last well (they don't get scuffs or holes easily, i have none so far) and they are really comfy.
They are really well priced for what they are too.
If you are in need of some Autumn/Winter boots, then I would definitely recommend these.

They look a bit weird in the photos but I promise they ARE nice, just saying.

Sweater Weather Tag

I know, I know, I haven't posted in a while but I've got a lot coming up next week! And I also know that it's not really fall/autumn time anymore so I'm a bit late with this tag but oh well. Oh and no one tagged me so so far this post is pretty much a fail... Just bear with me.

1) Favourite candle scent?
I really love Home Sweet Home by Yankee Candle because its so festive and cosy.

2) Coffee, tea or hot chocolate?
Tea I think because I drank it almost every day even in the summer but its really relaxing and I love to drink it in bed at night because even though they have caffeine, it helps me sleep. I'm actually drinking some right now!

3) Do you switch up your makeup routine for the season?
I don't wear much make up anyway so no but I do switch up my skincare routine and tend to wear a lot more moisturiser because my skin dries out a lot more and I also are extra care over my lips by wearing lots of vaseline, babylips and eos.

4) Favourite thanksgiving food?
We don't have thanksgiving in England so I can't really answer this one.

5) Hats or scarves?
This is a hard question but I think I'm going to have to go with scarves just because they probably suit me more and they look really cute with a nice jumper or even a autumn wintery dress.

6) Most worn sweater?
It's this one from new look probably. I always wear it if I'm just going to town or to the supermarket or just popping out somewhere casual.

7) Must have nail polish?
I really like Prussian Blue by Models Own for fall time but I just generally like any quite dark colours for fall like deep purples or blues.

8) Football games or jumping in a pile of leaves?
It has to be jumping in a pile of leaves, without a doubt.

9) Skinny jeans or leggings?
This is probably the easiest question. Leggings all the way. I have at least 10 pairs of leggings, some the same and some different but I'm not even sure if I own a single pair of jeans. I think I have one pair of skinny jeans but it probably doesn't fit me anymore. I don't think I've worn a pair of jeans in over 2 years.

10) Boots or Uggs?
Okay so last year or the year before it would be uggs but this year I've been obsessed with boots. You know when you get one pair of shoes and then you wear no others for ages? Well that's what's happened. So yeah boots.

11) What is your #1 favourite thing about fall?
Well it's called autumn here but I definitely think its the coziness of being indoors in fluffy pyjamas and slippers and being able to layer up outside and just generally snuggling up. I also love autumn/fall fashion. All the colours and clothes are amazing this time of year.

12) Do you have a song that gets you in the fall mood or a song that you're loving at the moment?
Bonfire heart by James Blunt this year really got me in the fall mood but generally it's Your Song but the cover by Ellie Goulding that always makes me feel cosy and festive. It's so Christmassy to me too because a couple years ago when it came out, I was obsessed and I listened to it all winter and fall and christmas and just every day!

13) What is the fall weather like where you currently live?
It's not too different to every other day here in England. Cold. Cold, rainy and windy. I really like it though to be honest at this time of year.

Bath and Body Works Review | Pocketbac

I decided to post today instead of tomorrow but I might do a mini post tomorrow.

So a while ago, I purchased 8 Bath&BodyWorks Anti Bacterial gels. I bought the mini pocket size ones which is why they are called pocketbac I guess. You can't actually buy them in England because there are no Bath&BodyWorks shops here and they don't ship to England and there is something very wrong about that. Since I couldn't actually get them from the shop, I bought them from eBay which is an website where you can buy or sell anything. If you haven't heard of eBay then I really don't understand you.

Anyway, they were a lot more expensive from eBay because people take advantage of the fact that people in England can't get them and sell them to us for more expensive. Even though they were quite pricey for the size, I don't regret buying them at all. I'm sure I will buy more when these are finished.

1. I love cake; 2. I love Cinnamon Buns; 3. Strawberry Hibiscus;
4. Sweet Pea; 5. I love S'mores; 6. I love Cookie Dough;
7. Warm Vanilla Sugar; 8. Sweet Cinnamon Pumpkin.
Even though I had seen loads of american youtubers rave about these, I didn't expect them to be this good. I'm obsessed. I use almost all of them everyday but because you don't need much at a time and the smell doesn't wear off quickly, they last quite a while.

They all smell exactly like they are meant to which you don't tend to get with smelly products.

These are the only products I have tried from Bath & BodyWorks but I will definitely be trying their other ranges of everything they have. They sell everything from candles to lip products to aromatherapy to body lotions.

I would definitely recommend checking them out and trying these antibacterial gels if you haven't already. They also sell cases and holders for these mini antibacterial gels and they are seriously so cute. I haven't bought one yet but I probably will in the future.

*This is not a sponsored blog post. Everything mentioned was bought with my own money.

Autumn/Winter Wish List

<a href="http://www.bloglovin.com/blog/11222513/?claim=khtn4uqkax2">Follow my blog with Bloglovin</a>

There are some items that I just can't wait to get my hands on for Autumn/Winter. The items vary in price so there are some that are quite pricey but there are also some on the cheaper side. Most of these are either from the teens section or petite because I am a teenager and very small so I can't usually fit into adults clothing which can get really irritating but it does have its up sides.

1. Frankie Sleeveless Chiffon Belted Skater Dress £20.00

Top 15 Films | Mostly For Teens

I thought I would do a mini bonus post today to get my blog started. These are just some of my favourite films. I have watched most of these more than once.
They are not in any particular order.

1. The Notebook
The Notebook is a love story that made me laugh and cry. I loved the film so much and it was so sweet and sad at the same time.

2. Pitch Perfect
This film is one of my all time favourites because it has so many funny moments especially with the girl that doesn't really talk and also of course, Fat Amy.

3. Never Say Never
This had to go on my list. It's a documentary type thing about Justin Bieber. It's funny, interesting and I have watched it at least 15-20 times (probably because it's about Justin Bieber).

4. The Mortal Instruments: City Of Bones
The Mortal Instruments is a book series by Cassandra Clare about demon hunting. It's a fantasy love story and I love both the book and film of City Of Bones. Jace (Jamie Campbell Bower), one of the main characters makes me laugh because he is sassy and you can't help but love him. Lily Collins plays the main girl which is another reason to love it.

5. Just Go With It
This is quite light hearted and extremely funny. I've watched this 3 or 4 times and I love it even more every time.

6. PS I love you
P.S. I Love You is a sad and funny romance movie and I love the story line because it's unique and so cute.

7. The Parent Trap
This one is a classic childrens film. If you haven't seen it, I'm worried about you. It's about twins that meet each other for the first time at a summer camp and create a plan to switch places in an attempt to get their parents back together. It's hilarious.

8. Mean Girls
Again, if you haven't seen this I'm worried about you. This one is more for teen girls but I know loads of people who aren't teens or girls that have enjoyed it too.

9. Bridget Jones's Diary
I think the main reason I like this film so much is because it stars Colin Firth and Hugh Grant and they are 2 of my favourite actors.

10. Love Actually
This I probably like for the same reasons as above (Hugh Grant and Colin Firth).

11. The Vow
This one had me crying waterfalls every time I watched it. It's so romantic but I found it really sad too.

13. New Years Eve
I don't really remember this film much because I watched it so long ago but I do remember really liking it.

14. Angus Thongs and Perfect snogging
This is an obvious favourite for girls my age. It's funny and some parts are relatable. It was also filmed in the town I live in!

15. Ferris Bueller's Day Off
There's not much to say about this film apart from the fact that it is hilarious. It's quite old but I love it so much. It's really entertaining.

What are your favourite films? Let me know in the comments.

Morning Routine

Hello! Everyone has a morning routine whether it consists of 1 simple thing or 10 not so simple things. Here is mine that I thought I'd share with you.

These are the products I use.
Some days I use different things or miss something out but this is the general routine for me on both school days and weekends. I do recommend these products especially the mini mitt by soap and glory and triple action face wash for teenagers mainly.

Don't forget to wash your hands!

This soap smells exactly like cola bottles.
I wash my hands, usually with this soap. Sometimes using a sweet smelling soap can be a little overwhelming so I occasionally use antibacterial soap or just any that's there.

Brush your teeth.
Next I brush my teeth using the Oral-B pro-active toothpaste. I brush my teeth before breakfast however  I realise that some people prefer to brush after breakfast. It's up to you.

Simple-face wash. Soap & glory-face massage mini mitt.
This face wash is my main one and I LOVE it! I feel like it makes my face really clean and it definitely helps with spots. I have sensitive skin and I haven't had a reaction with this and it hasn't made my face red so that's good. It's by Simple and it's the spotless skin, triple action face wash.

The Soap and Glory mini mitt is a life saver. It helps make the most out of the face wash. I use it with face washes and face scrubs whenever I use them. It's really small so you can carry it around with you and use it dry on it's own to help blood flow.

Simple-exfoliating wash. Soap & glory-face massage mini mitt.
Again I love this wash. It's from Simple again so I haven't had any redness. It's an exfoliating wash specially made for oily skin so it is perfect for me. It's the clear skin oil balancing exfoliating wash.

I like to use both face washes but I don't always use both everyday.

The next step is pretty self explanatory.

Dry your face.

Moisturising.
After that, I like to moisturise. I'm not too fussy with moisturisers although I do love this one. It's called E45. It makes my skin feel very soft and it's great for sensitive skin.

The next steps are basically just under eye concealer, curling my eyelashes, clear mascara and getting changed.

The concealer is Rimmel London Wake me up concealer.
I only curl my eyelashes some days and I use a normal curler from primark.
I then apply clear mascara from natual collection. It's a lash care mascara so it keeps them healthy. Lastly I get changed into whatever I feel like wearing and then head down to breakfast.
