Skincare Saturday - Facial Steamer Review

Hey guys!

It was my birthday last Sunday and my sister bought me a facial steamer that I have wanted for months.
I tried it out a few times and I have to say that I've fallen in love.

It is so relaxing to use on a pamper night before a face mask to open and unclog your pores.
It's so easy to use and you can use it for however long you want but I recommend between 5 and 10 minutes. You simply put water into it and turn it on. The water turns into steam and you put your face over it to let the steam get into your pores.
It's really refreshing for your skin but relaxing for you as a person so it's really nice to use just before bed because the heat makes me sleepy. Is that weird?

It has a dial that you can turn to change the temperature. I personally find the H (high) too hot so I turn the dial to just above L (low).

It's a really good product and extremely useful.
I would definitely recommend one to any of you!

See you later!

My favourite concealer

I thought I would quickly do a post on my favourite concealer.

Rimmel London Wake Me Up Concealer
I have tried a few different concealers but this one is by far my favourite. I don't have it with me right now but I am pretty sure I had it in the shade 'classic beige'. I mostly use it under my eyes as my skin is pretty clear but I do sometimes use it to cover up any blemishes I might have. It looks extremely natural but makes a huge difference to the dark circles and spots too. It's also very useful for redness which I often get around my nose.

I would definitely recommend it.

I did not take this photo. This is not a sponsored post.

How To Create A Healthy Lifestyle

Hey Guys!

I decided to change Friday Favourite to Fitness Friday because it is leading up to summer and so many people are trying to be healthier and be more active.

1. Be organised
If you stay organised with a time schedule or even just a calendar to know what days you've exercised, you can stay on track and keep up a healthy lifestyle. If you are watching your weight or eating healthier, then a food log is also a good idea.

2. Stay motivated
Motivation is important when it comes to changing your lifestyle and habits for the better. Motivation can be quotes, inspiration photos, goals, rewards or even just telling yourself that you can do it.

This always makes me laugh.

3. Drink Water
I know you've been told this a million times before but it's true. Aim for 8-10 glasses of water every day. If you don't like plain water, then drink fruit infused water by adding some fruit into your glass or bottle. Lemons and limes or blueberries and raspberries are really good for this but feel free to add whatever fruit you like.

4. Eat healthily and exercise
What's one without the other? Remember, if you are very active and play lots of sports then you should increase your meal sizes to keep you energized but don''t rely on fatty foods for quick energy boosts because soon enough, they will make you even more tired.

6. Enjoy everything in moderation!
Being healthy doesn't mean that you can never eat a chocolate bar again, it just means don't eat them every single day (which I have to admit, isn't rare for me).

I went a bit photo-mad on this post because the cartoons are so cute! The source of the cartoons: http://thehealthycook.tumblr.com/eatingplan
